#dmwB-Themenabend bei Nokia: How Corporate Culture supports women in male dominated environments

How does Corporate Culture grow? How can employees and leaders constantly work towards a corporate culture and support women in a male dominated industries?

Corporate Culture creates a set of informal rules, attitudes and behaviors for personal interactions inside and outside of the company. It represents the corporate vision and influences the reputation of a company. Corporate Culture affects the way how people work together and how they solve conflicts. In the end, it is important for employee satisfaction and success.

Nokia invites us to talk about challenges concerning corporate culture. We will learn what women employees at Nokia are doing in their „19% group“ from Carolina Fernandes-Lemos-Bonin who talks about „Diversity and the role of women in a company“. Jennifer Beecher, Product Owner at Nokia, will talk about embracing authenticity – and how it is related to knitting. She will show us why it is essential to create an environment where people feel like they can be authentic.

After the input there will be time for networking and some food and drinks. The talks will be held in english!
